We’re hearing a lot about conscious creation and manifesting the life that we want. A day doesn’t go by that I don’t receive an e-mail to sell me something that will teach me how to better use the Law of Attraction to improve my finances, my relationships or my life is some way.
I know that all of them are great sellers because I’m pretty sure everyone wants more money or a better job or more harmonious relationships.
But, I would like to save you some money, time and frustration. Because what I have noticed is that many (I admit I have not read every author out there) leave out the most basic and the most essential piece of the puzzle.
Peace of Mind
That essential piece of the puzzle is Peace of Mind. No matter what you may want whether it is money, health or better relationships your underlying desire is Peace of Mind. It’s what you imagine having more money, health and better relationships will ultimately give you.
Truth be told none of them will give you Piece of Mind. Nothing outside of you can give you Peace of Mind consistently, because everything in the physical world is changing. And if you are at all human (as I’m guessing you probably are) change is scary and when we are in fear we have lost our Peace of Mind. A big balance in your bank account can give you peace of mind…until the balance decreases. A secure job with benefits may give you peace of mind …until you’re downsized. Your loving and supporting spouse may give you peace of mind…until he or she leaves you.
The good news is that you CAN have Peace of Mind anytime despite the circumstance in your life. Not only can you have Peace of Mind in spite of it all but it is a major key to your power of creation.
What is Peace of Mind?
Peace of Mind is a mind free of worry and a mind filled with a knowledge that all is well. True Peace of Mind comes from your knowing that as the Power and the Presence of God you are divinely taken care of. This is the ONLY unchanging Peace of Mind that exists. It is through this Peace of Mind that all things are possible and miracles occur.
But when you are in throes of a crashing economy, many losing their jobs and losing their homes how can you have that kind of Peace of Mind? My regular readers may already know the answer: Just tap on it!
Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is the most powerful tool I know to release fears quickly and fill one with Peace of Mind.
Tap Out
To create Peace of Mind first tap out what ever fear and anxiety you may be feeling by saying phrases such as: “this fear, what if I can’t pay my bills, I’m so afraid, this really scares me”, etc. Until you begin to feel some relief.
Tap In
Then you can tap in the positive by saying phrases like “maybe I can feel peaceful, I allow my self to feel peaceful and calm now, maybe everything will work out just fine, I am the Power and the Presence of God” etc.
Keep up the tapping until you feel the peace fill your mind and body. Your body may feel tingly and you will feel calm.
Visualize
Then close your eyes and imagine the light of God all around you, surrounding you and filling your mind and body. Allow yourself to feel the unconditional, wholeness and peace.
You may have to do this more than one time. When you feel the fear reappearing just do the series of tapping again then the visualization. But each time you do it the fear and anxiety will release faster and faster. When you have released the fear your innate knowing that you are whole and complete and can want for nothing resurfaces (Peace of Mind)
It is from this state of Peace of Mind that you are at your most powerful. You can more effectively create what you want because you are no longer creating what you don’t want by fearing it. You also know that it’s appearance in your life is inevitable.
Here’s to your Peace of Mind!

EFT is akin to the “law of attraction” by tapping out your fear and tappin in peace of mind thoughts you are attracting good to you. Same thing really, just a different method?
I am a great believer in the law of attraction and have for about a year been putting in practice the ideas behind it, one of the best tools I have found for being positive is using meditation, it helps me stay calm and focused and I get the chance to look deep inside myself to find my own answers.
